Healthy Meal Prep & Nutrition Workshop
Start the New Year with healthy habits not temporary resolutions
Starting Jan 5th we will be offering a six week workshop to give you the skills you need to make better nutritional choices. Healthy eating doesn't mean starvation and lettuce leaves.
The first 4 weeks we will cover each of the macronutrients and focus on the healthiest ways to prepare and eat them. We will have a guest speaker to teach us about body types and how our bodies react differently to different foods as well as a Vegan chef to teach us protein alternative cooking. All materials and ingredients will be provided for the workshop. Each participant will receive a lottery ticket at the beginning of each class for fun & exciting prizes. We will finish off our culinary workshop with a nutrition "Master Chef" cook-off.
