When I was little and had a cold, my dad would always make me some
"get well soup". (I believe it was Campbell's chicken noodle, but at the time, it was the best soup I'd ever had.)
Thankfully, my taste buds have developed past canned soups, (not saying there is anything wrong with a can of soup) I just prefer homemade when possible.
Now-a-days I make a super filling, slightly spicy coconut & lime chicken soup. There are fresh veggies and warm spices, creamy coconut and a hint of peanut butter to give it that extra YUM!
The great thing about this soup is that you can add or remove any of the ingredients you don't like and it will still be amazing.
