With bread rolls (side salad for low carb)
2.  Chicken & mushrooms
Served over whole wheat pasta or zoodles
3.  Pork & peppers
Over cauliflower, basmati or brown rice.
4.  Creamy shrimp salad served with crisp lettuce, avocado & veggies 
Add baked potato for moderate carb
5.  Bacon wrapped meatloaf 
With mashed sweet or regular potatoes
